PRESIDENT OF INCAP ELECTRONICS RESIGNS


Markku Keski-Filppula, who has served as president for Incap Electronics Ltd, the electronics subsidiary of Incap Corporation, has resigned to manage his own company, which concentrates on board work and corporate sales. Keski-Filppula will continue as president until the end of 2000 and will also continue as a board director for the time being.

The net turnover of Incap Electronics last year was 34.2 million euro, and the company was employing 579 persons at the end of March. Incap Electronics has four production units, of which the ones in Vuokatti, Finland, and Estonia specialise in electronics manufacturing and Helsinki and Vaasa in mechanical manufacturing.

Incap Group’s net turnover in 1999 was 70.8 million euro, and the number of personnel at the end of March was 843. The group’s parent company, Incap Corporation, which is listed in the Helsinki Stock Exchange, is recruiting a new president and intends to appoint one during the course of the autumn.
