Lindab AB's offer to the shareholders in Folkebolagen has been accepted to such an extent that, during the acceptance period which ended on 20 June 2000, Lindab acquired more than 99.5 percent of the capital and 99.7 of the votes in Folkebolagen.
Payment
Payment to the shareholders, who have accepted Lindab's offer, will be made on 3 July 2000.
LINDAB HAS ACQUIRED 99.5 PERCENT OF THE CAPITAL AND 99.7 PERCENT OF THE VOTES IN FOLKEBOLAGEN.
