Under the terms of the agreement the two companies will syndicate content tailored for one another's audiences, as well as conduct cross-promotion campaigns that include site linking and service referrals.
As part of the agreement, StreetFusion also becomes the exclusive provider of earnings release information to SNL Securities' audience.
