On condition of approved due diligence Lindab AB has signed an agreement with Gajb AB and 6:e AP-fonden regarding the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares in Tekno Term Climate AB.
During 2000 Tekno Term’s sales amounted to about 120 MSEK and the number of employees was 60.
Tekno Term develops, manufactures and markets products and system solutions for premises in which a controlled indoor climate is required, a business area which well supplements Lindab’s division Comfort within the business area Ventilation.
The company has its head office in Gothenburg and sales offices in Stockholm, Malmö, Linköping, Piteå and Oslo as well as a subsidiary in Poland.
The acquisition will only have a marginal influence on the Lindab Group’s profit in 2001.
