Jörg Berens hands over management of Adcore Germany to Holger Lüke

Jörg Berens, CEO of Adcore AB Germany, turned over the management of Adcore AB Germany entirely to COO Holger Lüke on May 1, 2001.

"Holger Lüke will further expand the strong position of Adcore Germany in B2B consultancy,' says Berens, who was able to win Lüke over to Adcore at the beginning of the year. "With his many years of experience as consultant and manager at large IT service companies, he is an excellent choice for maintaining successful growth and adding new competencies to the services on offer.'

In the future, Berens will continue to be associated with the ongoing development of Adcore in the capacity of an external consultant of the Adcore Group. As founder of berens/partner AG, which merged with the Swedish firms Information Highway and Connecta to form Adcore AB, Jörg Berens also remains the biggest single shareholder of Adcore AB through berens/partner technology capital AG.
