Meeting in The Corporate Assembly of Orkla ASA

In accordance with this resolution, the reports and additional documents, which constitute a large amount of material, will now be reviewed with a view to publication and thereafter published on Orkla's website at www.orkla.com. The documents are expected to be available to shareholders in Norwegian within a week, and the essential parts of it in English as soon as it is translated.
