Heijmans deeply regrets that HBG has not been willing to discuss its proposal to create a leading European construction company (without dredging activities), in more detail so far. The combination of Heijmans and HBG would be, based on turnover, the market leader in the Benelux and one of the top-5 construction companies in Europe. Heijmans is still very receptive to discussions.
