Delisting of the shares in Lindab AB from the Stockholm and Copenhagen stock exchanges.
In the light of Lindab Intressenter AB's acquisition of more than 90 per cent of the shares and the votes in Lindab AB by way of i.a. a public offer and Lindab Intressenter's request for a compulsory acquisition of the outstanding shares in the company, Lindab AB has applied for delisting from the Stockholm and Copenhagen stock exchanges. The last day of trading in the Lindab share will be 3 August 2001.
