During July, Amer Group Plc has purchased a total of 44,200 of its own shares, the average price being EUR 27.57 per share.
At the end of July, the number of own shares held by the Company was 660,000.
The authority to purchase its own shares was approved by the Annual General Meeting on 7 March 2001, and was limited to a maximum of 5% of the Company's registered share capital.
