Incap Corporation will publish a prospectus on the planned merger of Incap Corporation and JMC Tools Oy announced last Friday.
The prospectus will be published prior to the Shareholders' meeting that will decide on the directed issue of shares to the shareholders of JMC Tools Oy. The actual merger agreement will be negotiated on the basis of the letter of intent signed last Friday, and it will be presented to the Shareholders' meeting of Incap Corporation for approval.
