NOVATO, Calif., Jan. 8, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- AlphaVista, Inc. has signed an agreement with London-based Passion International Ltd. by which the multi-national corporation will have exclusive distribution rights within the United Kingdom to certain AlphaVista eye care products including its LenSoClean(r) Contact Lens Cleaning Device and Multipurpose Solution.
The Initial agreement will be in effect for a three-year period with minimum purchase requirements nearing $3 million of product.

LenSoClean device delivers powerful ultrasonic vibrations (63,000 per second) to the stainless steel tank. When these high frequency sound waves pass through the LenSoClean multi-purpose cleansing solution, millions of microscopic bubbles form, expand, and then implode.
