Nocom Makes Business Integration Accessible to More Swedish Companies

TIBCO Launches BusinessWorks - Packaged Integration Solution

UPPSALA, Sweden, Jan. 16, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- TIBCO Software (Nasdaq:TIBX) has launched its solution for making integration technology accessible to the great majority of companies. TIBCO BusinessWorks(tm) is a package solution for implementing a framework for business integration. It is a complete and easily used platform that provides companies with the capabilities to quickly resolve their integration needs. Nocom AB (publ), which has worked closely with TIBCO since November 2001, sees major business advantages in the new product.

"With our fifteen years of experience in integration solutions, we already have a strong position within the market. TIBCO BusinessWorks is an excellent fit with Nocom's product portfolio for the Swedish market," says Niclas Sahlgren, Nocom's Regional Director. "We can provide our customers with a cost-effective and easily used integration solution that can grow with the company. This, in combination with our consulting services, makes Nocom one of Sweden's leading suppliers of comprehensive solutions within business integration."

TIBCO's solutions have been used by larger, technologically innovative companies - a market segment that continues to grow - for quite some time. But the market for business integration has broadened and nearly all companies now accept the need for finding solutions that combine existing computer-based systems in new ways.

"With the launch of BusinessWorks, TIBCO and Nocom will join in offering the market's first comprehensive, packaged integration solution," says Jimmy Skoldberg, Regional Director Nordic for TIBCO Software. "Companies that have invested large sums in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and Web applications can reduce their costs and increase business benefits by integrating their various IT systems. This is a quick and easy solution, not the least for the companies that use old technologies such as AMtrix," says Jimmy Skoldberg.
