Northrop Grumman Executives to Appear on CNBC, Bloomberg TV


LOS ANGELES, Jan. 29, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Top executives of Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) will be interviewed on financial news channels Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2002.

Kent Kresa, chairman and chief executive officer, will be interviewed on CNBC's Market Watch program at approximately 11:50 a.m. E.S.T. Dr. Ronald D. Sugar, the company's president and chief operating officer, will appear on Bloomberg TV at approximately 3:45 p.m. E.S.T. that day.

As previously announced, Northrop Grumman will issue 2001 financial results Wednesday prior to the opening of the stock market. The company's security analyst conference call will be webcast at 2 p.m. E.S.T. that day.
