As a consequence of the merger with AU-System and of the strengthened ownership structure with Bure Equity as a major shareholder, the extraordinary General Meeting held in Malmo today elected the following new Board of Directors:
Dan Olofsson, Konstantin Caliacmanis, Goran Larsson and Gunder Lilius were re-elected to the Board. Bengt Halse, Peter Sandberg and Johan Vunderink were newly elected.
Bengt Halse is the CEO of Saab AB and Peter Sandberg is the CEO of Bure Equity AB. Johan Vunderik has developed considerable IT consultancy businesses in Europe and is now active on a number of different Boards.
The new board members were formerly on the Board of AU-System AB.
