The Board of Directors of Brødrene Hartmann A/S has today approved the Group's Annual Report for 2001. The printed annual report will be available 10 April 2002, but the electronic report can as from today be found on the Hartmann home page, www.hartmann.dk
Hartmann fulfilled its expectations for 2001
- Operating profit rose 25% to DKK 96.3 million
- ROCE increased from 7,8% to 9,5% - the objective of a minimum of 12% is maintained
- Consolidated turnover rose from DKK 1.36 billion to 1.42 billion, or 5%
- Profit for the year after tax went up from DKK 38.6 million to DKK 52.2, or 35%
- Cash flows from operations and investments totalled DKK 57.4 million
- A dividend of DKK 4.75 per share will be declared, representing a pay-out ratio of 31%
An information meeting for all interested, incl. investors and analysts, will be held on 20 March 2002 at 8.30hrs, where president, CEO Asger Domino will present the financial statements for 2001 as well as the Group's new targets and strategy. The meeting is expected to last 1.5 hours and it will also be possible to ask questions.
