Following the private issue by Incap Corporation, the increase of share capital amounting to EUR 14,583,188.27 has been entered in the trade register today on 24 April 2002. Trading in the shares begins on the I-list of Helsinki Exchanges on 25 April 2002. As stated in the terms and conditions of the issue, 70% of the new shares are subject to the restriction that they must not be sold or otherwise transferred before the publication of Incap Corporation's interim report for January-September 2002.
