STOCKHOLM, Sweden, June 7, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Investor's share of the voting rights and share capital in Ericsson has changed through the acquisition of 28,000,000 B shares.
After the purchase, Investor's holding in Ericsson now amounts to 256,660,096 A shares and 154,018,800 B shares corresponding to 38.7 percent of the voting rights and 5.0 percent of the share capital. On December 31, 2001, Investor's holding in Ericsson amounted to 38.7 percent of the votes and 4.7 percent of the capital.
