HELSINKI, Finland, March 6, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Proha Plc continues to focus on international portfolio and project management software business. Artemis France, a part of the Proha Group, has a business operation based on cooperation with ABC Technologies Inc. This business is sold. The total price of EUR 0.4 million is paid in cash. The divestiture does not have a material impact on Proha's net sales or operative result.
