The incident has not caused any personnel injuries and has not resulted in pollution of the water of the Rotterdam harbour.
The terminal is cooperating with local authorities according to normal procedures to reduce any consequences of the spill. It is expected that the product will be removed by this evening. The terminal is now in normal operation. An internal investigation is being carried out to find the cause of the spill.
