Mar. 12th, eMax Corporation announced plans to take its subsidiary EMAXNET, Inc. public within the next 90 days. This stock dividend will be the second planned dividend issued to EMAX shareholders following closely the planned distribution of Gateways Entertainment, Inc. dividend.
