HELSINKI, Finland, April 16, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Proha's 80% owned sub-group Artemis International Solutions Corporation filed its annual report (USGAAP) on April 15, 2003, after the markets were closed in New York.
The financial information of Artemis are included in the Proha financial statements for 2002 released on March 18,2003.
