According to the preliminary agreement signed by Incap Corporation and Finn-Power Oy, Finn-Power's sheet metal operations were due to be transferred to Incap on 1 May 2003.
As the actual agreement could not be achieved by deadline, the preliminary agreement signed by the companies on 7 April 2003 will become void.
