Enea's new issue fully subscribed

TABY, Sweden, July 24, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- The preferential new issue in Enea Data AB (Other OTC:EDTDF), which was announced earlier, has now been completed. The interest in the new issue has been large and the new issue has been subscribed.

"We are pleased that the interest in the new issue has been so large. The new issue provides Enea with the financial strength and sustainability, which is necessary in order to be perceived as a credible long-term supplier. It also enables us to eventually offer a more comprehensive product range," said Ola Berglund, CEO of Enea Data.

Of the new issue approximately 97.3 per cent was subscribed with preferential rights. The remaining shares were subscribed without preferential rights by the shareholders of the Company within the framework of the maximum amount of the new issue. The guarantee will thus not be utilized. There has been a large interest among the Company's shareholders to subscribe for shares without preferential rights.
