Mrs Tuula Ylimäki, M.Sc. (Econ), has been appointed Vice President, Finance and Administration, of Incap Corporation as of 1 October 2003. Tuula Ylimäki (47) acts currently as Managing Director of Student Housing Foundation of Northern Finland, and she has previously worked, among others, at SCI Systems Finland Oy as Accounting Manager and Programs Manager as well as at Technopolis Plc as Executive Officer, Marketing.
Ms Rauni Nokela, the current Vice President, Finance and Administration, will leave Incap after having been elected to Municipal Manager of her home municipality Yli-Ii.
The newly appointed President and CEO, Mr Juhani Hanninen, will start at Incap on 1 September.
