Nils-Fredrik Nyblæus joins SEB


Nils-Fredrik Nyblæus has been employed by SEB as Executive Vice President, with responsibility for Group Staff and IT (Chief of Staff). Nils-Fredrik Nyblæus will also become a member of SEB's Group Executive Committee.
 
He succeeds Lars Gustafsson, who will retire, and will take up his new duties by April 2004, at the latest. By April 2005, at the latest, he will also take over the position as Chief Financial Officer, after Lars Lundquist, who will then retire.
 
Nils-Fredrik Nyblæus is at present Deputy President and Chief Financial Officer of FöreningsSparbanken, where he has been employed since 1991. His industrial experience includes Alfa-Laval, where he worked for nine years in Sweden, the Netherlands and the U.S. Nils-Fredrik Nyblæus was born in 1951 and is a graduated Business Administrator.

Mats Kjaer, at present Deputy Head of the SEB Baltic & Poland division, will succeed Lars Gustafsson as Head of this division.
