Jaakko Pöyry Group disclosed on December 2, 2003 the signing of a memorandum of understanding concerning the acquisition of Verbundplan GmbH and AQUATIS a.s. before the end of February 2004. The acquisition process has been delayed from the original completion date. The new estimated date for completion of the acquisition is the beginning of April. The closure of the deal is subject to completion of contractual negotiations, the approval of the decision-making bodies of seller and buyer, and the approval of the Austrian Competition Authority.
