Pursuant to Section 28, subsection 1 of the Danish Securities Trading Act it is hereby stated that FLS Industries has reduced its holdings of own shares.
The shares represent 1.74 per cent of the capital and 0.79 per cent of the voting rights.
Pursuant to Section 28, subsection 3 the shares are divided into the following categories:
Number of B-shares: 928.092 = Nominal value: DKK 18.561.840
On 4th March 2004 (Stock Exchange Announcement no. 08/2004) FLS Industries has announced to have a holding of own B-shares of 1,303,744.
