The group of shareholders comprises Dr. Gary Hirst (St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands), Global Asset Fund Ltd. (Hamilton, Bermuda), Hirst MetaStrategy Fund Ltd. (George Town, Cayman Islands), Bergman Industrial Holdings Ltd. (Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands) and Alpine Capital Fund Ltd. (Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands).
