Secrets and Cures -- New Book Shows Readers Ancient Cure to Diabetes

WESTMINSTER, Calif., May 21, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- According to WebMD.com, over 18 million people in the United States have diabetes. The disease involves a lifetime of care and attempting to avoid the laundry list of medical complications the disease can cause. Now, Master Chinh Van Pham offers a new way to fight in his new book, The Secret Formula of Self-Curing Diabetes (now available through AuthorHouse), which uses ancient methods to help diabetes patients cure their ailment on their own.

The Secret Formula of Self-Curing Diabetes bases its system of self curing in ancient Vietnamese methods of medicine. Pham offers three compelling steps toward eradicating the disease. It begins with fasting, either once or a number of times, to cleanse the body of impurities. Second, he focuses on the ancient method of Tien Thien Khi Cong or the Vietnamese Air Cure Method. This ancient method involves a number of strategic positions and actions that are to be taken to cure the disease. Finally, Pham suggests a diet change that can stabilize the sugar level and aid the gradual restoration of the pancreas.

"Following the above things, we certainly control completely and rapidly this awkward disease, which torments and kills many people. Therefore, we can say that diabetes is completely cured by the fasting method of Tien Thien Khi Cong, which is clearly guided in this book," Pham says.

Pham was born in Vietnam and graduated from Can Tho University. He learned this healing method in the 1970s from Master Thien Truc Dao, a well known Vietnamese monk. The method is not exclusively for diabetes, however. It can be employed to cure other things, according to Pham, such as obesity, high blood pressure, various forms of hepatitis and ulcers, among others. He notes that a couple of years ago, he taught the method to thousands of Vietnamese in America and Vietnam, curing a wide array of ailments and diseases.

"You should apply right now this method to self cure diabetes, a dangerous, diabolic disease, in order to avoid a lot of harmful complications, such as kidney failure, blindness, leg amputation, stroke, heart attack, etc.," he says.

Pham has practiced Hoa Hao Buddhism since he was a child and educated in schools founded by this religion. His training of the Vietnamese Air Cure Method helped him survive five years in squalid camps. He has written five other books, but The Secret Formula of Self-Curing Diabetes is his first published in English.
