The shareholder meeting will be a celebration of the completion of 13 episodes of 'Gina D's Kids Club' programs by the shareholders and certain cast members who will be attending.
Company executives and newly nominated candidates of the board of directors will be attending the meeting to be introduced and to answer questions and see excerpts from the completed 13 episodes.

A Major Step: Recently Raven Moon announced that all of the PBS stations in Maryland have agreed to air 'Gina D's Kids Club' this fall. The PBS Stations that will be airing 'Gina D's Kids Club' in Maryland include WMPT - Annapolis, WMPB Baltimore, WCPB Salisbury, WFPT Frederick, WWPB - Hagerstown, and WGPT - Oakland. 'Gina D's Kids Club' will be added to a PBS program line-up that includes 'Arthur', 'Barney', 'Berenstain Bears', and 'Sesame Street'.
