ORLANDO, July 27, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Omni Alliance Group Inc. (Pink Sheets:OMNA) has consummated the acquisition of Radmaxx International, Inc., a Hicksville New York wholesale importer and distributor of electric scooters.
Radmaxx retains an exclusive worldwide distribution agreement with Wuxi Top Absorber Corporation Ltd., based in the Republic of China to market the "Kicker FX" scooter. The Kicker FX is a dynamically designed, battery-operated scooter designed for the youth market and recently featured on such shows as MTV's "Cribs", and the "Lifestyle" catalogue.

Management is currently reviewing additional acquisition candidates and strategic marketing agreements to facilitate its aggressive marketing plans.
