Smith & Smith LLP Announces Class Action Lawsuit Against Nassda Corporation -- NSDA


BENSALEM, Pa., July 30, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Smith & Smith LLP announces that a securities class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of shareholders who purchased the common stock of Nassda Corporation ("Nassda" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:NSDA), between December 13, 2001 and June 11, 2004, inclusive (the "Class Period"). The class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

The Complaint alleges that defendants violated federal securities laws by issuing a series of material misrepresentations to the market during the Class Period, thereby artificially inflating the price of Nassda securities.
