The five properties consists of a total of approximately 26,000 sq.m., of which approximately 15,000 sq.m is industrial and storage premises, approximately 8,000 sq.m. educational premises, and approximately 3,000 sq.m. offices. The properties are located in an attractive development area directly adjacent to the Giraffen out-of-town shopping area in Kalmar.
