Statkraft AS has previously given notice that it was issuing two bond loans with terms that expire on 28 November 2014. The amount of NOK 3,200,000,000 has been subscribed for the loan with the floating interest rate (3 month NIBOR + 0.55% p.a.) (ISIN NO 001 024623.4). Regarding the loan with the fixed interest rate (ISIN NO 001 024624.2), the coupon was today fixed at 4.85% p.a. (including the margin).Subscribed amount is NOK 800,000,000.
Statkraft SF has repurchased bonds with a total nominal value of NOK 3,727,200,000 relating to the STAKR01 and STAKR03 loans.
