Investors may want to keep an eye on Emerson Oil and Gas, Inc., (Pink Sheets:EOGI), VASCO Data Security International, Inc. (Nasdaq:VDSI) and EUROWEB INTL. (Nasdaq:EWEB).
Monday's Alert:
Energy investors will want to watch Emerson Oil and Gas, Inc., (Pink Sheets:EOGI). Emerson announced on Friday after the closing bell that it has signed a letter of intent to earn 50% working interest in the Rinsland well and Lease in Bossier Parish Louisiana. The Rinsland well is located within a half of a mile of the W.T. Davis well, which is currently set for production. Emerson Oil and Gas will pay $250,000 USD to earn this interest in the Rinsland well and lease.
EOGI trades at around .23 a share.
Trading heavy on Friday was VASCO Data Security International, Inc. (Nasdaq:VDSI).
VDSI traded 5,555,596 shares to end at 6.04 a share, up + 0.86 (16.60%).
VASCO, a vendor of strong user authentication products to the financial sector, announced on Nov 23rd that it is in full execution of the growth plans it has announced during its Q3 Conference Call. Worldwide, VASCO is growing swiftly by adding professionals to its staff and tightening its sales network.
Also trading heavy Friday was EUROWEB INTL. (Nasdaq:EWEB). EWEB traded 1,359,973 shares to end at 5.63, up 1.63 (40.75%).
EuroWeb International Corp. (EuroWeb) provides Internet access and additional value-added services to business customers. It operates in the Czech Republic, Romania and Slovakia through its subsidiaries, EuroWeb Czech Republic.
