(Pink Sheets:AMBD) announces Managing Director for G&S Merchandising Corporation, Moshe Lifshitz, was appointed to serve on the American Mobile Dental Corporation's Advisory Board. G&S Merchandising Corporation specializes in international trade and finance.
Moshe Lifshitz is the Managing Director of G&S Merchandising Corporation and has served in a variety of executive positions at G& S over the past 30 years.
Mr. Lifshitz is also the Founder, and Chairman of the Board of Everyday Office, Inc/. Everyday Print, Inc., a company engaged in the distribution of automated business services. Additionally, he is co-founder of YL Ventures, LLC, a company that provides solutions to the water/hydrology market. He also serves on the executive boards of real estate companies, including Rolling Hill, which develops homes in Long Island, NY.
Mr. Lifshitz holds an MBA degree, from New York University
