eLocity Inc. -- Investor Alert: For Tuesday Dec 14th, 2004 -- Stocks To Watch; WLSF, SONS, ADCT, KANA


SARASOTA, Fla., Dec. 14, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- eLocity's stocks to watch for Tuesday are: Wellstone Filters (OTCBB:WLSF), Sonus Networks (Nasdaq:SONS), ADC Telecommunications Inc. (Nasdaq:ADCT) and KANA Software Inc. (Nasdaq:KANA).

Savvy investors may want to take a look at Wellstone Filters (OTCBB:WLSF), a company that develops and patents filter material that removes certain carcinogens and other toxins produced when tobacco is smoked, without removing the compounds thought to be associated with the pleasurable effects of smoking. The company announced after the closing bell on Monday that it has "completed package designs for its U.S. introduction of Wellstone cigarettes, full flavor (red pack), menthol (green pack) and lights (blue pack), each with Wellstone's "Purity Enhanced Filter" (trademark Wellstone Tobacco Company); Wellstone plans its first U.S. sales by April 2005, with projected net sales of $11.1 million for the first twelve months of sales, and $31.7 million for the second twelve months of sales. The company is planning the U.S. rollout at this time."

WLSF is currently trading at around 1.25 cents a share.

Sonus Networks (Nasdaq:SONS), ADC Telecommunications Inc. (Nasdaq:ADCT)

Voice infrastructure product marketer, Sonus Networks, and broadband network equipment provider ADC Telecommunications Inc., announced Monday that they have entered into a global service alliance to support Sonus voice over IP solutions. The companies added that ADC has been providing various services to Sonus for the past several years.

Shares of SONS closed Monday's regular trading session at $5.66 on volume of 5.85 million shares. ADCT finished the session at $2.54 on volume of 7.3 million shares.

KANA Software Inc. (Nasdaq:KANA)

Enterprise customer relationship management solution provider, Kana Software Inc, announced Monday that Talkline Group, a German-based telecommunication operator, has opted for KANA's Service Resolution Management solution. KANA said that Talkline has implemented its solution to ensure its contact center agents the ability to handle customer enquiries quickly and precisely. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Shares of KANA closed Monday's regular trading session at $1.98 on volume of 439,656 shares.
