(OTCBB:SNTL) announced today that its OptiLiving, Inc. subsidiary has agreed to sell its Caribbean Pacific(TM) line of all-natural suncare and skincare products to Mosaic Nutriceuticals Corporation (Pink Sheets:MCNJ) in a cash, debt and stock transaction valued at $800,000. The sale is expected to be completed on or before December 31, 2004.
