ATLANTA and SHANGHAI, P. R. China, Jan. 3, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Asia Broadband, nc. (Pink Sheets:ASAB) through Shanghai Broadband Network, Inc., its Chinese subsidiary, today announced a contract award from Shanghai University of Science and Technology to provide its academically approved IE-21 Interactive English Program to college students.
Under the eight-month agreement, Shanghai Broadband Network will deliver its multimedia interactive training solution to the Management College of the University. This will assist Shanghai University of Science and Technology in achieving its goal in pursuing academic excellence and utilizing e-learning for maximum efficiency.
The agreement is a part of the Company's on-going distribution development strategy to strengthen its presence in college and university sector in China.
