A Chartered Accountant, and audit manager for KPMG, in Toronto, Munholland has managed substantial assets in a variety of roles and has been an executive with a market dominant Toronto-based venture capital exchange group with more than 300 venture capital members. He also was Principal Consultant to Lowell Douglas Limited, an Oakville, Ontario asset-based lending service, as well as partner in QMW Capital Corporation's Port Stanley Fund, of Chicago, Oakville, and Port Stanley.
Munholland graduated from McGill University, with a B.Sc., from the University of Windsor, holding both a B.Comm. in Accounting & Finance, and an MBA. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, and a past member of the Board of Directors, Bermuda Stock Exchange (1999 - 2000), and the Board of Governors, Bermuda Institute of Mathematics.
