We have been informed today by Nordea Investment Funds S.A. Luxembourg that Nordea has acquired a portion of shares in FLS Industries A/S as a result of which Nordea Bank Denmark A/S holds shares in FLS Industries A/S in excess of five per cent of the total share capital.
