In continuation of FLS Industry Stock Exchange Message no. 4 - 2005, issued 21 January 2005, concerning Nordea's holding of shares in FLS Industries A/S, we shall - on behalf of Nordea Investment Funds S.A., Luxembourg and FLS Industries A/S - specify that Nordea 1-European Value Fund Sicav and Nordea 1-Global Value Fund Sicav currently hold 2.688.800 B-shares in FLS Industries A/S (equivalent to 5,05 % of the FLS Industries A/S total share capital).
The shares are held in a nominee account under the name of Nordea Bank Danmark A/S.
