DNO achieved an oil production of 14.141 BOPD in January.

The January oil production for Norway and Yemen was as follows (BOPD):

Norway                    1.352
Yemen                   12.789

Total                     14.141

The production in January was down by 1.382 BOPD compared to December. Although it was anticipated a reduction in production due to the expected decline rate for the three producing fields, the January production was also effected negatively by some downtime on Glitne due to problems with the gas compressor. This was resolved at the end of the month.

On Tasour a new infill well in the western area, Tasour # 16 is in progress and will be completed within the next 2-3 weeks.

Drilling of Nabrajah # 5 commenced on 8 February and the well has reached a depth of 530 meters. Following the completion of Nabrajah # 5 a revision of the reserves within the Nabrajah Field will be undertaken.

DNO expects an 2005 annual oil production of 14.000 - 15.000 BOPD from all producing assets; Tasour, Sharyoof, Nabrajah and Glitne.
