Produce Safety and Security International, Inc. Announces New Office Locations


TORONTO, April 5, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Produce Safety and Security International Inc, the 'Company,' or (Pink Sheets:PDSS) announced today that the new PDSS Corporate office is located in Prescott, Arizona. This Corporate office is centrally located for Northern Arizona, Nevada, Central California, Northern New Mexico, Utah and Colorado. Clarence 'Bill' Karney, President & CEO of PDSS, will utilize this location as his headquarters allowing him to travel domestically and internationally promoting the entire PDSS Food Safety, Risk Reduction Programs for Ozone, Spherequat, Distribution Centers and joint venture programs nationally and worldwide.

The Company is planning a Tucson, Arizona National Sales office. Chris Conn, Vice President of Marketing of Ozone Equipment and Spherequat products, will be headquartered in the Tucson office and will be responsible for Central Southern Arizona, Central Southern New Mexico, Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklohoma, Iowa and Nebraska.

Rodger Harris, Vice President of Marketing for New Zealand, Asia, Australia, Indonesia and the UAE, will be headquartered in New Zealand. Rodger is presently working on introducing PDSS products and services to meat packers in New Zealand.

Richard Speidell, Vice President of Operations, will be located in an East Glacier Park District Sales office where he will coordinate all PDSS operations of equipment, logistics and new joint venture programs.

According to Mr. Clarence "Bill" Karney, President & CEO of PDSS, "We didn't have the high cost of any relocation...this has been a major cost savings for operations. Our entire management team constantly communicates through the Internet, email and cellphone...we would use smoke signals if we had to so that we could continue to assist and control Removal of Pathogens, Bacteria and Food borne microorganisms to give complete protection from the Stable to the Table."

One of the primary reasons that the team at PDSS is spending all this time and effort is to enhance food safety and risk reduction programs for the entire food industry from the producer, packer, processor, restaurant, hotels, distributor, retail, transportation and the consumer. PDSS utilizes the Whitewater Ozone Patented Process which has certification documentation from the USDA/FSIS and OSHA REGS. The Company believes that its programs, systems and proposed distribution centers in the marketplace are second to none.
