NuVoci, Inc. Acquires Cyberhand Technologies Inc.

Newly Formed Cyberhand Technologies International, Inc. to Deliver Leading Edge Wireless Ergonomic Computer Peripheral Products


LAS VEGAS, April 26, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- NuVoci, Inc. (Pink Sheets:NVCI) announced the completion of a share exchange agreement with privately held Cyberhand Technologies Inc., a leading computer peripheral design company specializing in innovative wireless ergonomic products for mobile and desktop users. As a result NuVoci will change its name to Cyberhand Technologies International, Inc. and enter the rapidly growing multi-billion dollar computer mouse and handheld computer device markets.

The transaction was completed by the execution of a share exchange agreement where 5.0 million shares of NuVoci were exchanged for the shares of Cyberhand Technologies, which will become a wholly-owned operating subsidiary of the Nevada Company. In consideration for their shares of Cyberhand's capital stock, the Cyberhand stockholders collectively received approximately 97.7 percent of NuVoci's equity after giving effect to the transaction. Further, the officers and directors of Cyberhand replaced all of the officers and directors of NuVoci. Upon completion of the acquisition, NuVoci ceased all of its existing business operations and adopted and implemented Cyberhand's business plan.

With the merger NuVoci has changed its name to Cyberhand Technologies International, Inc. A new ticker symbol for the company's common stock will be disclosed when available.

According to the terms of the acquisition, each share of Cyberhand will receive point four zero (0.40) of a share of NuVoci. As a result, the company now has outstanding approximately 5,117,288 shares of common stock. A private placement of common shares is presently being conducted by the public company.
