(OTCBB:CYAD) was pleased to receive notice from Aqua Xtremes, manufacturer of the revolutionary new personal watercraft XBoard, that their petition for a Grant of Exemptions Certificate -- CGB 05-005 was accepted by the Boating Safety Group. According to Art Robins, CEO of Nova, "This is a milestone day for XBoard because receipt of the certificate is required in order to sell the XBoard in the United States." Although the Boating Safety Group does not issue approvals for watercraft -- they either grant, or deny exemptions -- a Grant of Exemptions is a critical step in the production process for XBoard.
