Reference is made to press release sent to the market June 23, 2005 from Gevaran Trading Co. Ltd. announcing the offer to purchase all remaining shares in Pan Fish ASA.
The price offered is NOK 1.35 per share and the offer is valid from July 4 until August 1, 2005.
Pan Fish Board of Directors will, in accordance with the Norwegian Securities Trading Act, § 4-16, issue a statement on the offer. This statement will be issued at least one week prior to the deadline set in the offer.
