The facility is committed credit facility and will be used for general corporate purposes. The facility replaces the corresponding EUR 506 million arrangement that was signed June 2003.
Following banks are participating to the revolving credit facility ABN Amro, Calyon Bank Helsinki Branch, Citigroup, Danske Bank, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Fortis International Finance (Dublin), Handelsbanken, HSBC Bank plc, HSH Nordbank AG, ING, Nordea, OKO Bank, Sampo Bank plc, SEB Merchant Banking, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ). Nordea Bank is acting as agent for the facility.
