Pursuant to Section 28 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, it is hereby reported that FLSmidth & Co. A/S holding of own shares is less than two per cent of the total share capital.
FLSmidth & Co. A/S now holds a total number of 1,036,903 B shares in FLSmidth & Co. at a nominal value of DKK 21m. (representing 1.95 per cent of FLSmidth & Co. A/S total nominal share capital and 0.88 per cent of the votes).
Pursuant to the mentioned section 28, FLSmidth & Co. A/S most recently on 25 May 2005 (Stock Exchange Announcement No.18/2005) reported that its holding of own shares was 1,092,642
B shares.
