(OTCBB:DDYI) announces that the closing of the Plan of Exchange entered into on August 29, 2005 with Shanxi Kai Da Lv You Gu Wen Xian Gong Si, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the People's Republic of China ("Kai Da"), will be delayed from September 28th, until the 3rd of October, 2005 to allow for various accounting records to be completed. The parties anticipate a successful completion of the Plan of Exchange and have made substantial progress toward final completion of the transaction and consider this to be only a temporary delay to insure that all items necessary are fully addressed by the time of closing.
